Can I change review settings?

Review statuses

The settings you can change depend on the status of the review. There are four statuses:

  • Draft: The review has been created but setup has not been completed.

  • Scheduled: Setup has been completed but the launch date hasn’t arrived.

  • Live: Assessments have been sent and submissions are being accepted.

  • Closed: The review has been manually closed and submissions are no longer accepted.

How to change review settings

  1. Click Reviews in the top nav.

  2. Click Manage reviews in the drop-down.

  3. Find the review in the table.

  4. Click the 3-dot icon beside the review.

  5. Select Edit setup in the drop-down.

  6. Click the pages in the sidebar or use the arrows to navigate.

  7. Make your changes and click Exit (edits are live-saved).
