Check the audit log for changes

The audit log keeps track of everything that happens in your site. When any user performs an action, it’s recorded in the audit log. You’ll see the type of content changed, the action name, who performed it, their IP address, and the date. Use this information to check what happens on your site and to quickly resolve issues.

  1. Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen.

  2. Select Audit logs in the drop-down.

  3. Search or use the filters to find what you’re looking for.

  4. Click General and select Jobs to see job-related entries.

  5. Click General and select Signoffs to see signoff related entries.

  6. Click the Download link to export the table to Excel.
