How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password. Click the link and enter your new password, ensuring it satisfies the following requirements. Then click the Reset button.

• At least one uppercase character

• At least one lowercase character

• At least one number

• At least one special character

• A minimum of 8 characters in length

If you’re not logged in to Quinto, it might mean that your chosen password has been exposed in a previous data breach. In this case, we recommend using a password generator tool to create a secure password and trying again.

You can also change your password from your personal settings. Click your avatar on the top right of your screen and select My profile in the drop-down. Click the Reset button. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password.
