New features

Openings

Introducing online interviews in Quinto with the new Openings module. Openings make it easier to manage every aspect of candidate evaluation. Create job openings, build hiring teams, and schedule interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process. Our user-friendly scorecard allows interviewers to review questions, rate candidate responses, and provide structured feedback onscreen. These new features ensure that your entire team is aligned and equipped to make informed hiring decisions. Learn more

To support these new features:

  • Interview questions have moved to Libraries.

  • Guides are now referred to as templates.

  • You can create groups to organize templates.

  • You can create templates that aren’t associated to a job.

  • A communication document can be specified as the default.

  • Interviews have their own dedicated audit log.

  • We’ve added new interview permissions.

  • We’ve reworded the interview question scale.

Tasks

We’ve introduced a dedicated Tasks page to help you manage your workload more efficiently. Filter and search through all of your tasks so you can quickly find what you need. You can also star tasks to prioritize your work. To access the Tasks page, click the expand icon in the top right of the tasks panel.

Improvements

  • Updated messaging when moving jobs to clarify the impact on competencies.

  • Made style updates to icons, form fields, and banners for improved accessibility.

  • Made UI updates to the My profile settings and the homepage side panel.

  • Restricted survey schedule edits to the dialog rather than the main page.

  • Added the option to view the full competency from the architecture page.

  • Removed the ability to delete topics that have associated questions.

  • Removed decimals in the jobs digest email and rounded to the nearest whole number.

  • Changed how we approach multilingual checks to improve table page load.

  • Improved the load time when changing a job’s level.

  • Updated content permission dependencies.

Fixes

Jobs

  • Fixed the job template display in French so content guidelines are visible.

  • Fixed issues with with track changes.

  • Wrapped long subheading and info property text.

  • Fixed issues with the group filter in the content finder.

  • Fixed excel export issues and ensured the notification includes a download link.

  • Fixed exporting draft jobs so all content selection options display.

  • Fixed duplication issues when adding content using the # shortcut.

  • Fixed adding jobs from the warehouse so the group field displays.

  • Fixed incorrect progress percentages in the jobs table.

  • Fixed the side panel display when viewing a previous version of a job.

  • Fixed adding competencies to jobs so only published competencies appear.

  • Allowed for multiple competency updates to display in the draft version of a job.

Users

  • Removed permission sets from deleted users so they don’t impact the license count.

  • Automatically assigned the default permission set to restored users.

  • Fixed license count limit issues for sites that don’t have the Interviews module.

  • Removed support users from permission set counts.

  • Removed deleted users from the signoffs table.

Miscellaneous

  • Fixed creating interview templates based on a job with an edited competency.

  • Fixed pasting follow-ups so the first line isn’t removed after saving.

  • Removed deleted groups from the architecture page.

  • Fixed editing a scale level name and description so changes can be saved.
