Improvements

Fixed editing jobs in two languages so no content is hidden or overwritten.
Fixed the Save button when adding a translation to a sentence on a job.
Fixed issues with job comparison highlights.
Fixed issues with deleting a draft version of a published job.
Fixed the interview questions side panel so a search persists when switching between all and job-related questions or between topic and competency questions.
Fixed ordering interview templates by the group column.
Fixed an org import error when the file includes a user who has no manager.
Fixed an issue with the org import creating duplicate positions.
Fixed filtering the audit log by a single date so only entries from that day appear.
Corrected audit log entries when deleting or disassociating a position.
Fixed turning off the expiry date so all signoffs still appear in the table.
Removed deleted users with expired signoffs from the signoffs table.
Made minor UI fixes.
