Scheduling a review
When setting up a review, you can schedule both a launch date and time, as well as a deadline. Time selections are available in 15-minute increments.
Deadlines are soft deadlines for communication purposes only; participants can still submit their questionnaire after the deadline.
For a 180° review, you can schedule separate launch times for subjects and managers. For example, you may want to ensure that all employees have submitted their self-reflections before managers begin their evaluations.
We start sending assessments to participants at the scheduled launch time. For large-scale reviews with hundreds or thousands of participants, the full launch might take a couple of hours. Because of this, we recommend keeping the email invitation wording flexible. For example, avoid specifying an exact time when participants will receive their review invites.
