Survey notifications

Available on Plus and Compliance plans

There are three survey emails Quinto sends out:

  • Invitation: This email is sent to all participants when a survey goes live. You can customize the email for each survey.

  • Daily summary: This email is sent every weekday at 4:30 pm in your site’s time zone and includes the number of new responses and the overall response rate. Only people you add to the daily summary setting receive it. We stop sending the email when all participants have submitted the survey or when you turn off the daily summary setting.

  • Reminder: This email is sent on the date specified in the scheduling settings. Only the participants who haven’t yet submitted the survey receive the reminder.

  • Status changes: We send an email when a survey is cancelled, deleted, closed, or reopened. Only the participants who haven’t yet submitted the survey receive these notifications. There are no notifications for due date changes.
