Tag library items

Tags are labels you can use to sort library items beyond regular groups. Use them to create customized collections of library items. For example, you might tag several competencies as ‘Potential Core Competencies’. You can create as many tags as you need. Note that tags are for internal use in libraries. They won’t show up on your job descriptions.

Tags are not available in the Responsibilities library.

Tagging an item

  1. Click Libraries in the top nav.

  2. Select a library in the drop-down at the top of the page.

  3. Point to the item you want to edit.

  4. Click the 3-dot icon and select Edit Tags.

  5. Start typing the tag you want to add and click Create.

  6. Click Save.

Editing tags

  1. Click Libraries in the top nav.

  2. Select a library in the drop-down at the top of the page.

  3. Search for a tag in the filter on the left side of the page.

  4. Point to the tag and click the 3-dot icon.

  5. Rename the tag or select a different colour.

Filtering content by tags

  1. Click Libraries in the top nav.

  2. Select a library in the drop-down at the top of the page.

  3. Search for a tag in the filter on the left side of the page.

  4. Select the tags you want to filter by.

You can only view items that share a tag within the same library.
