Check setup vs complete setup
Once you reach the final step of creating a review, you can choose to check setup or complete setup. Both options build out the individual assessments so you can manage the review. Check setup is optional, but complete setup is required to actually launch the review.
Refer to the table below for more information about how each option works:
Check Setup | Complete Setup | |
---|---|---|
Purpose | Access assessment and participant tables so you can check for errors and preview questionnaires without scheduling the review. | Same as Check setup but also schedules the review. |
Status impact | The review status remains Draft. | The review status changes to Scheduled. On the launch date, the status changes to Live and Quinto sends out the assessments. |
Updates | Tables update every 15 minutes with any job or reporting relationship changes that affect assessments with errors. Learn more | Same as Check setup. |
Limitations | Check setup does not schedule the review. You’ll still need to complete setup for the review to go live on the launch date. | Complete setup schedules the review. Depending on the launch time, assessments might be sent out before you have a chance to check for errors. |
