Job collaboration notifications

Collaborators receive an in-app notification and an email when:

• Someone submits feedback (only authors receive this one).

• Someone replies to their feedback.

• Someone adds a comment in a thread they’re a part of.

• They’re mentioned in a comment.

• The author requests they provide additional review.

• Their collaborator role is changed.

• They’re removed as a collaborator.

• The job is published.
