Restore previous versions of a job

Quinto's version management provides a convenient way to track and analyze changes made to jobs over time. Each time you publish a job, Quinto saves the previous version. Viewing previous versions allows you to compare changes and maintain a historical record. And having the ability to restore a version means you can always undo unintended changes.

Only users with permission to manage jobs have access to previous versions.

Viewing a previous version

  1. Click Jobs in the top nav.

  2. Use the search bar to find the job, then click the name in the table.

  3. Click the History tab.

  4. Click the name of a version you want to view. You’ll see:

    • The job description with all its information properties and requirements.

    • Reactions and comments provided by collaborators.

    • Signoff statuses of collaborators (click the people icon in the toolbar).

    • Feedback provided by collaborators (click the comment icon in the toolbar).
