Set the default permission set

You can designate permission sets to be assigned to new users automatically. This ensures seamless access for each person you invite to Quinto. Your site comes with the Regular Users permission set assigned as the default, but you have the flexibility to customize this permission set or to select a different default. You can also add multiple permission sets to enhance user privileges.

  1. Click the gear icon on the top right of your screen.

  2. Select General Administration in the drop-down.

  3. Click User defaults under Content in the side menu.

  4. Click the drop-down under Default permission sets.

  5. Select the permission sets you want to make defaults.

Adding or removing permission sets doesn’t add or remove permission sets from existing users. Changes you make to this setting only apply to the new users you create going forward.
