What are suspended users?
We suspend a user’s account after five failed login attempts. The only difference between a suspended user and an active user is that they can’t log in. They can still be added to activities and they still count towards your seat limit.
The site administrator gets an email notification when an account is suspended. If you click the link in the email or click the name on the Users page, you’ll see a banner prompting you to send a password reset email. Sending the email automatically reactivates the user’s account so they can access Quinto.
You can filter by Suspended status on the Users page and bulk-send password reset emails.
