Job description feedback

When multiple people are involved in creating a job description, feedback becomes essential for understanding where the job stands and how it's evolving. While collaborators can add comments to specific requirements, the feedback panel displays their overall thoughts on the accuracy and status of the job. Refer to this feedback to track a job’s progress towards completion.

Opening feedback

The ability for collaborators to leave feedback is always in your control.

  1. Click Jobs in the top nav.

  2. Create a new job or open a job you’ve already created.

  3. Click the collaboration icon in the toolbar to open a side panel.

  4. Click the Closed for feedback drop-down and select Open for feedback.

Reviewing feedback

Click the collaborator icon to get an overview. You’ll see the status of each collaborator: invited, viewed, reviewed, or ready to go. Click the feedback icon to open a panel where you can see what each collaborator thinks of the job. Click the comment icon to review more specific feedback on the job description content.

Closing feedback

Close feedback if you’re ready to begin reviewing and updating the job and don’t want new submissions. Editors and reviewers will receive an email notification and will have read-only access. You can always reopen feedback at any time.

  1. Click Jobs in the top nav.

  2. Click the name of the job in the table.

  3. Click the collaboration icon in the toolbar to open a side panel.

  4. Click the Open for feedback drop-down and select Close to editors and reviewers.

  5. Click Save to confirm.
