Manage library scales
About library scales
Scales are used throughout Quinto to define and evaluate various attribute levels. There are five types of libraries that support scales. Competencies, education, skills, and languages each have one assigned scale that can be customized. The levels of that one scale will be available to choose from when you add an item to a job. Certifications work a little differently. You can add a unique set of levels to any certification directly in libraries.

Select Certifications in the drop-down at the top of the page.
Point to the certification you want to add levels to.
Click the 3-dot icon and select Edit.
Click the +Add level link and enter a level name.
Repeat step 5 until you’ve completed the scale.
Click Save.
