Signoff notifications

There are three emails Quinto sends out:

  • Job signoff request: This email is sent manually and is not triggered automatically. When you send a signoff request, the user receives an email with a link to review and sign off on their job description. You can request signoff for users in any status, but users already in Requested status won’t receive a new email.

  • Job signoff reminder: Reminder emails help keep the process on track. Like request emails, reminders are sent manually and are not triggered by due dates. Only users with a Requested status will receive reminder emails.

  • Job signoff cancellation: Cancellation emails can be sent manually if you requested a signoff by mistake. These emails are also triggered automatically when a job is republished, a user is disassociated from their job, or the Signoff setting is turned off. Only users with a Requested status will receive cancellation emails.

  • Job signoff completed: This email is automatically sent to the employee as confirmation after they sign off on their job description.
