Send signoff reminders

Available on Compliance plans

You can send reminders to employees if they have a pending request. Employees receive an email reminder prompting them to sign off on their job description. Identify overdue signoffs by checking for red due dates in the table.

  1. Click Jobs in the top nav.

  2. Click Jobs on the top left of the page.

  3. Select Signoffs in the dropdown.

  4. Filter by Requested.

    • One employee: Point to a user, click the 3-dot icon, and select Send reminder.

    • Multiple employees: Select users and click Send reminders at the top of the table.

  5. Click Send reminder to complete the process.
