Access assessment results
Viewing assessment results (managers)
Once you’ve submitted an assessment, you can view the results by following the steps below.
Click My team in the top nav.
Click the 3-dot icon next to the name of the employee.
Select Reviews in the dropdown.
Click View next to the assessment.
Viewing assessment results (employees)
Whether or not you can view assessment results depends on the review settings. You might have access right away, or results might be shared at a later point by your administrator or manager. Once shared, you’ll receive an email notification. If acknowledgement is required, you’ll also receive a task in Quinto to acknowledge that you’ve had a discussion with your manager about the results. You can view the results by clicking the link in the email notification or by following the steps below.
Click My profile in the top nav.
Click the Reviews tab.
Click View next to the assessment.
Downloading assessment results
If you have access to the onscreen results, you can also download a PDF report. Follow the steps above to open the results page from your team or profile, and then click Download results in the side panel.

The PDF report includes a summary page and a detailed comparison of the job requirements, the subject’s ratings, and the manager’s ratings.
