Analytics gives you a high-level view of your organization's talent data, helping you identify trends, understand strengths and gaps, and focus on areas that may need attention.
To access Analytics, you’ll need to be in an Administrator permission set with the Access analytics permission enabled. Once you have access, select Analytics from the top navigation.

Jobs Analytics is always available. The other Analytics pages are available when the corresponding features are enabled for your site. Each Analytics page begins with key statistics, followed by charts and breakdowns that help you explore the data in more detail.
