People Analytics helps you understand how current your organization's assessment data is and how closely employees match the requirements of their current jobs.
Go to Analytics > People to view People Analytics.
Active users
Active users is the total number of active users in your site.
Assessed in the last 12 months
Assessed in the last 12 months is the percentage of active users who have completed an assessment within the previous 12 months. Only completed assessments are counted.
This statistic can help you understand how current your organization's assessment data is. A higher percentage means more of your active workforce has recent assessment data available.
Never assessed
Never assessed is the percentage of active users who have never completed an assessment. A higher percentage indicates that a larger portion of your active workforce does not yet have completed assessment data.
Looking at this statistic alongside Assessed in the last 12 months can help you identify where additional assessments may be needed.
Average job match
Average job match is the average of active users' match percentages against their current jobs. An individual's job match represents how closely their assessed capabilities align with the requirements of their current job. Requirements that the employee meets or exceeds contribute positively to their job match, while requirements where they have a gap do not.
The average job match shown in Analytics combines these individual results to provide an organization-wide view.
View average job match over time
The job match chart shows how your organization's average job match changes over time.
Use this chart to identify whether overall alignment between employees and the requirements of their jobs is improving or declining.
Compare job match by department
By default, average job match is broken down by department.
For each department, you can see:

The number of people in the department

Their average job-match percentage
You can also filter the results by job level. This can help you identify departments where employees are closely aligned with their job requirements, as well as areas where development may be needed.

Switch to the Job level view to compare average job match across job levels.
For each level, you can see:

The number of jobs with incumbents at that level

The average job-match percentage for the level
You can filter this view by department. Users who are not associated with a department or job level are grouped under None.
