How to set up a review
Setting up a review in Quinto involves a series of steps to select the format, questions, people, and schedules. This article walks you through the process of creating and configuring your review.
Step 1: Details
Click Reviews in the top nav.
Click Manage reviews in the drop-down.
Click Create in the top right of the page.
Enter a title for the review and click Create.
Add an optional description.
Click the Next arrow in the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 2: Questions
Decide which viewpoints to include in the review. Learn more
Self-reflection
Manager-only
180° (select both Self-reflection and Manager-only review).
Click the Next arrow in the bottom right corner of the page.
Decide which type of review to conduct:
Current job (only published jobs can be selected).
Specific job (only published jobs can be selected).
Decide whether to assess competencies, skills, or both.
Decide which types of competencies to include:
Core
Leadership
Job family
Career stream
Job-specific
Decide whether questions should be optional (the default) or mandatory.
Decide whether comments should be optional (the default) or required.
Decide whether to allow N/A ratings. Learn more

In-depth (not available for reviews that include skills).
Click the Next arrow in the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 3: Participants
Click +Add subjects.
Use the search or filter by department.
Click the name of each user you want to assess, or click Select all.
Click Save to confirm your selection.
Click the Next arrow in the bottom right corner of the page.
Note: You’re selecting the people to assess in this step, not their managers. If you’re including a manager’s viewpoint, Quinto automatically identifies each subject’s manager based on the org chart.
Step 4: Schedule

For a 180° review, decide whether to let managers see feedback provided by others.
Decide how the results will be shared. Learn more
If managers are required to share results, select when that will occur. If results are shared according to a schedule, select a launch date and time.
Decide whether to require employees to confirm they’ve received their results.
Click the Next arrow in the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 5: Review
Review your selections and make any necessary edits.
Select the subject or manager as the scoring authority for a 180° review.
Click Review and edit under Communications to edit emails or instructions.
Specify the number of days before the due date when daily reminders should begin.
Click the Complete setup button in the top right corner of the page.

Make sure all of the participants have permission to access reviews.
