Why are employees missing from signoffs?

To appear in the signoffs table, several conditions must be met. Check the following:

  • Is the Signoffs setting enabled in the job template? Learn more

  • Is the user assigned to a published job? Draft jobs don't have signoffs. Learn more

  • Is the user’s status active? Deactivated or deleted users won't appear. Learn more

If everything looks correct, the issue might be that the Signoffs setting was enabled after the user was assigned to a published job. The Signoffs setting doesn’t apply retroactively. In this case, simply republish the job and the user should appear in the table.
