Why are employees missing from signoffs?

To appear in the signoffs table, several conditions must be met. Check the following:

  • Is the Signoffs setting enabled in the job template? Learn more

  • Is the user assigned to a published job? Draft jobs don't have signoffs. Learn more

  • Is the userโ€™s status active? Deactivated or deleted users won't appear. Learn more

If everything looks correct, the issue might be that the Signoffs setting was enabled after the user was assigned to a published job. The Signoffs setting doesnโ€™t apply retroactively. In this case, simply republish the job and the user should appear in the table.
