Allow a review participant to resubmit

A participant might decide they want to adjust their ratings after further reflection. Quinto allows you to reopen a participant without affecting anyone else’s submissions. The reopened participant receives an email notification and a new task in Quinto. Their original ratings remain selected, but they can change any of those ratings before submitting the questionnaire again.

How to reopen a participant’s assessment

  1. Click Reviews in the top nav.

  2. Click Manage reviews in the drop-down.

  3. Find the review in the table.

  4. Click the name of the review.

  5. Click Assessments and select Participants in the drop-down.

  6. Click the 3-dot icon beside the participant you want to reopen.

  7. Select Reopen in the drop-down.

Reopening a manager’s assessment cancels any open sharing or acknowledgment tasks. Reopening a subject’s assessment has no impact on sharing and acknowledgment.
