Career paths (Beta)

We’re thrilled to introduce career paths for Quinto. Career paths make job descriptions even more meaningful and relevant for employees. They can explore jobs for themselves and build a custom path or choose from standardized paths defined by HR.

If you’ve conducted reviews that populate profiles, users see matching indicators so they understand how well their capabilities align with future roles. Employees can share paths with managers, and managers can create paths for their direct reports. Career paths provide employees with realistic guidance and a structured way to plan their growth within your organization. Learn more

Improvements

  • Added notifications for all collaborators (except publishers) when anyone provides feedback, signs off, or removes signoff so everyone can stay up to date.

  • Moved Analytics from the main menu to an icon in the top nav.

Fixes

  • Fixed the one-time access invite process so clicking the link grants access.

  • Fixed collaboration tasks so they’re closed when a job is archived or deleted.

  • Fixed bulk export failures when there are slashes in review and job titles.

  • Fixed the Undo action after pressing Enter at the start of a sentence so it’s not duplicated.

  • Fixed pasting a list from Word so a space isn’t added before the first item.

  • Fixed issues with the default track changes setting on the job template.

  • Fixed issues with deleting job property options.

  • Fixed an error when exporting a job from a group that isn’t translated if French is enabled.

  • Fixed skills in reviews so the full definitions appear and aren’t cut off.

  • Fixed selecting a level before saving a review comment so the comment is saved.

  • Fixed my team so a report’s job can still be viewed if it has a draft version.

  • Fixed deleting a review so the job match percentage updates in my team.
