Career paths (Beta)
We’re thrilled to introduce career paths for Quinto. Career paths make job descriptions even more meaningful and relevant for employees. They can explore jobs for themselves and build a custom path or choose from standardized paths defined by HR.
If you’ve conducted reviews that populate profiles, users see matching indicators so they understand how well their capabilities align with future roles. Employees can share paths with managers, and managers can create paths for their direct reports. Career paths provide employees with realistic guidance and a structured way to plan their growth within your organization. Learn more
