New features
Jobs importer: You can now upload Word or PDF files directly into Quinto, and we'll take care of the rest. Our system will extract the content and automatically build out your job descriptions, saving you time and helping you get set up faster. Learn more
Library-to-library move: We’ve added the ability to move content between sections so you have more flexibility when building job descriptions.
Profile and job match: Employees now have their own space in Quinto where they can view their capabilities and see the jobs they match to in your organization. Choose which types of library items to include in employee profiles, and decide how each type will be weighted in job matching. Learn more
My team’s reviews: Managers can access their subjects' 180 reviews in a new tab we’ve added to the My team page.
Improvements
Review management:
Restricted reviews to published jobs.
Added the option to resend invitations to in-progress participants.
Added cancellation emails specific to sharing and acknowledgement tasks.
Added the option to add results to employee profiles if sharing is turned on.
Added a PDF download option when viewing a review subject’s job description.
Permissions:
Made the Content administrator permission independent.
Updated admin permission tabs and sections.
Organized regular permissions into sections with headings.
Added profile and job match permissions.
Fixes
Fixed an error if you press Enter twice when commenting on a job.
Fixed an error when adding responsibilities with brackets to jobs.
Fixed opening Libraries so Competencies displays by default rather than Questions.
Fixed issues with expanding and collapsing the competency list on jobs.
Prevented self-reflections from appearing on the My team page.
Fixed reopening a manager so the subject’s status remains complete if acknowledgement isn’t required.
Fixed the assessment status on a 180 when the subject submits after results are shared so the assessment status remains complete and doesn’t revert back to ready to share.
Made miscellaneous UI fixes.
