New features

Job collaboration workflows

We’ve enhanced job collaboration workflows to give you more control and flexibility when creating jobs. You can now assign collaborators and designate an exclusive publisher at the job group level, making it easier to include the right people by default. Each job follows three clear workflow steps: preparation, collaboration, and final approval, which you can use or skip as needed. If you're on the Plus plan, you’ll also have access to a Drafts and a Collaborators table to help you track progress and manage participation. Learn more.

PDF report of assessment results

Assessment results can now be exported to PDF. This report includes the job requirements alongside the ratings from the subject and manager. Having a printable report allows managers to easily discuss results with employees in person. The availability of the report follows the same rules as the onscreen results; if a user can access the onscreen results, they can download the PDF. Learn more

Excel exports of competencies

We’re introducing a full Excel export so you can easily review, compare, and analyze competencies in detail. This file includes each competency’s group, name, definition, level names, level definitions, and behavioral indicators. Learn more

Skill definitions

You can now add definitions to skills for greater clarity and context in your job descriptions and assessments. To save time, use our AI to automatically generate definitions for any skills that don't have one at the time of publishing. Learn more

Improvements

Content finder updates

We’ve developed a new and improved version of AI suggestions. You can now get suggestions for all types of job-description requirements from your libraries. These suggestions are based on the job’s title, summary, and existing requirements. The more content you add to the job, the more relevant suggestions our AI can provide. Learn more

Job template enhancements

You can now set tracking defaults directly in the job template, so you don’t need to enable track changes for each job individually. The template also lets you control collaborator signoffs, allowing you to turn off the feedback and signoff features for a more informal process.

Job descriptions

  • Fixed issues with how to the AI interprets job properties when importing jobs.

  • Fixed Word or PDF job exports so custom alphanumeric properties are included.

  • Fixed renaming the summary on a job template so the change is successfully applied.

  • Removed the Ask AI feature from the job summary for reviewers.

  • Fixed an error when editing an imported job that includes full sentences.

  • Fixed the Export jobs permission so users have access to the export action.

  • Fixed the Own jobs permission so it doesn’t grant permission to delete jobs.

  • Fixed a bug where deselecting a skill level on a job doesn’t immediately remove the level.

  • Ensured the user’s current position displays when inviting job collaborators.

  • Fixed an error when adding AI-suggested skills to a job.

  • Fixed UI issues when expanding competencies on jobs.

  • Prevented published job notification emails from being sent to deactivated users.

  • Fixed the display of unrated questions for in-depth assessment results.

  • Fixed the manager’s rating in the excel assessment report.

  • Fixed the assessment review page so the selected level names are displayed.

  • Fixed the review timeline so it begins with the earliest due date.

  • Fixed the review timeline so sharing is only included if manager sharing is enabled.

  • Fixed the performance score when a participant leaves all questions unrated.

  • Fixed reopening a manager’s assessment so the subject’s status doesn’t change.

  • Fixed issues with the status of removed managers on launched assessments.
